A call back function is also implemented which cuts back on the use of expensive mobile phone bills, incurred whilst communicating with security staff whilst on patrol. The Active guard system also integrates into the security guard rostering package offered by Tagtronics; streamlining any security related business and automating many tasks including staff management and rostering.
Active Guard systems implement the following
* Guard Tour : The ActiveGuard Patrol System enables full monitoring of mobile worker time and attendance in Real Time. All data is transmitted through GSM networks.
* Lone Worker : The PANIC button allows immediate communication with a control room in case of emergency – tremendously improving the safety and security of your employees.
* Radio/Phone : The control room can call employees in order to reassure them that assistance is at hand or advise of missed patrol points.
* Live Alerts : Panic Calls or unfinished patrols are flagged immediately to Management or a Monitoring Centre Control Room
